ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASS-V
Above selected ones should get themselves admitted into class V on the following date ie 25-04-07 to 26-04-07.
Time of Admission :- 10.30 a.m. [Burdwan central Co-operative Bank, G.T. Road,Main Branch]
At
the time of admission guardians should kindly keep the following information
in mind.
1. Birth certificates( in original with Xerox copy to be produced) either
from municipality or panchayet . Without original Birth certificate,
admission would be provisional.
2. Rs.830.00 to be deposited to the Bank during admission.
3. Xerox copy of Caste certificates (whether SC/ST/OBC) to be submitted.
4. Guardians should be present during admission.
5. A Candidate shall complete the age of 9 years or shall complete the
age of 9 years within 90 days from the commencement date of the academic
session of class –V in a particular year i.e. up to 31st July
of every academic year.
Waiting list would be considered only if any seat remains vacant
beyond 26-04-2007.[After 2 p.m.]
ADMISSION TO HIGHER SECONDARY SECTION
A) Science:
(a) Compulsory Subjects - Bengali,
English
(b) Combination Subjects - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and any one
of Statistics/Bio. Sc./Computer Sc.
B) Hunanities
(a) Compulsory Subjects - Bengali,
English
(b) Combination Subjects - Economics, Pol. Sc, History, Sanskrit, Mathematics,
Philosophy, Computer Application and any one of Geography/Eco-Geo.
N.B. At the most 50 students will be given a combination of Geography and Bio-Sc. on the basis of marks obtained.
C) Commerce
(a) Compulsory Subjects - Bengali,
English
(b) Combination Subjects - Any four subjects can be chosen from Accountancy,
B.O., Economics, BEBM, Mathematics, Computer Application and Eco-Geo.
For all the streams there will be total 6 subjects consisting of 2 Compulsory Subjects and 4 Combination Subjects. Among the 4 Combination Subjects one will be Additional Subject.
FEES TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
1. Rs. 469.00 (Internal Students) & Rs. 619.00 (External Students) for every stream for one year. Fees for
Class XII will be declared later.
2. Rs. 60.00 for Practical Subjects (Per year)
3. Admission Dates are 29/05/08 & 30/05/08
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Students being absent from school for a period of 15 days will be
considered to be discontinuing and the School authority will take no
responsibility for them.
2. Combination subjects cannot be changed.
3. If there are less than 5 students in any Combination Subject, students
have to choose a different subject.
